Legalisation of Documents Issued by Italian Authorities for the Use in Russia

Russia has signed The Hague Convention of April 5, 1961, which allows a simplified procedure for documents legalisation by means of Apostille. After the Apostille has been put the document should be translated into Russian and then translation conformity should be attested.

Translation conformity attestation

Russian Consular missions carry out conformity attestation of translations from Italian to Russian and from Russian to Italian made by professional translators including court translators accredited in courts of Italian cities.

Necessary documents

For the legalisation it is necessary to present as follows:

  • The original document;

  • Valid passport.
