Legalisation of Documents Issued by Italian Authorities for the Use in India

India has signed The Hague Convention of April 5, 1961, which allows a simplified procedure for documents legalisation by means of Apostille. After the Apostille has been put the document should be translated in English or Hindi and the translation conformity should be attested.

VHS Srl occupies of the entire process including putting of Apostille by the competent Italian authorities, translation and translation conformity attestation by the Consulate.

Necessary documents

 

  • Two copies of documents for legalisation;

  • Valid passport with a copy (both sides);

  • Power of attorney to the representative of VHS Srl in the original.
